Soft bed sheets are a luxurious way to upgrade your bedding and catch some quality rest. We’ve tested over 200 sheets made of every material and weave type on the market, so we know a thing or two about the softest bed sheets.

While we love the trendier fabrics like bamboo and hemp, we’ve found that cotton sheets tend to be a consistent front-runner as soft sheets in our testing. We especially love long-staple cotton sheets because they stay soft through washing and use, and they’re less likely to pill.
